Description:
In the Invoice Support role, you will be an integral part of the Invoice Services team working with our clients, our Cruise Sales Consultants and our cruise partners. You will have a direct impact on the client experience. This is an entry-level position leading up to an Invoice Specialist role.
Duties:In the Invoice Support role, you will:
Review and login signed credit card receipts submitted by clients electronically and manually
Work with the Senior Director of Finance to resolve questions on credit card receipts
Distribute incoming notifications from our cruise line partners to our Sales Consultants and other internal team members as appropriate
Email notifications to our clients from our cruise line partners
Process outgoing mail to clients and others
Distribute incoming mail including payments from clients
Purchase supplies for the office
Assist in the review of customer invoices and communications to ensure accuracy after submission by the Cruise Sales Consultants
Assist with other administrative functions, such as payment processing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
The required minimum qualifications include.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately, both verbally and in writing
Attention to detail
Solid Computational skills
Self-motivated
Sense of urgency
Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate needs
General computer competency required
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Associate degree or higher
